At PreSonus, we are committed to your creative success and offer a 30-day return policy for hardware products purchased directly from our store. If you are not completely satisfied with your gear, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges to ensure your studio setup is perfect.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log into your MyPreSonus account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Securely affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
